A beautiful compact Agave in a tight rosette form staying about 3 feet tall and wide.  Great for small gardens and tight spaces where a bold accent texture is desired with it's large stubby oval shaped paddle-like leaves.  Agave truncata will bloom only once in it's life and will send out a flower spike taller than 15' typically.  Plant in full sub.  Needs very little to no supplimental water once established.  Deer resistant and very drought tolerant succulent.  Native to Mexico and hardy to about 12 deg. F.
