A cute and cuddley succulent, the Panda Plant lives up to it's name! Elongated oval-shaped leaves are fleshy and fuzzy; light blue-gray with dark brown speckled edges. Kalanchoe tomentosa will grow slowly to about 24 inches tall and wide with rosettes on upright stems. Plant in full sun to part shade, but does best when protected from hot afternoon sun or reflected heat. Very drought tolerant and easy to maintain. Use cactus mix when planting in pots. Other names Kalanchoe tomentosa may be sold as are Donkey Ears, Pussy Ears, Velvet Leaf, and White Lady. Native to Madagascar. Can be propigated from cuttings. Kalanchoe Hardy to about 25 deg. F. Plant parts are toxic if ingested. USDA Zones 9b-11.
